1When you call or email the Signature Design Center you will be assigned a design representative, who is not allowed to solicit any business.
After an initial assesment of the job site, your measurements, design plans and layout are recorded and taken back to the design studio.

2After our in house architect creates a digital layout of your renovation, we present you a plan along that includes all of your personal style selections including color and materials.
Along with the plan, we provide a list of references, licenses and testimonials of recently completed jobs.
Sign, Deposit & Construction Starts
3After we have agreed to terms including time, budget and materials, your project is scheduled to start with a modest $1,000 deposit.
In addition to your lead designer you are also assigned a super-intendant that is on call throughout the entire project.
